: How big is a room, and how many students share
a room? |
| Our
dormitory is one building: one floor for girls
and one floor for boys. The building has four
rooms, and facilities include bathrooms with showers,
sinks and toilets. |

: Are rooms assigned or do we get to choose? |
| The
dormitory supervisor reserves the right to assign
rooms to students. The dormitory supervisor usually
assigns rooms randomly so we may or may not have
other students in the same grade living together.
Most often, friends end up sharing rooms or roommates
become friends. |

: How are rooms furnished and what do we need
to bring? |
Every
dorm student is provided with a single bed, desk,
and wardrobe. Students need to bring sheets, towels,
blanket, clothes, and personal hygiene products.
As for electronic goods, students may bring PCs,
stereos, cellular phones, and any other items
they need in the dorm. However, neither the school
nor the supervisor is responsible for any lost
items. There are some restrictions including items
that are not allowed in school in general i.e.
alcohol, tobacco, hot plates, etc.
* No Internet access is available in dorm or
building. (Available in computer satellite lab)
* No cable is available in dorm room or building.

: Is there any teacher available to help students
with their assignments? |
| The
dormitory supervisor supervises a monitored study
hall, and is available to help students on a limited
basis with homework. Students may also work together
when they need help with their work. Students
must attend the monitored study hall session.

: Where does study hall take place? |
| Study
hall is located in the satellite computer lab.
The computer lab has computers with Internet access. |

: Who does the cleaning? |
| Students
are responsible for keeping their areas clean.
Our janitors clean the bathrooms and the hallways
only. |

: Will Dormitory Supervisor wake student up? |
| Students
are responsible for waking themselves up in the
morning, and going to class on time. The dormitory
supervisor attends breakfast. Students who might
have overslept will be woken then, but the supervisor
will not be responsible for a student’s tardiness. |

: When do students need to return to dorm? |
| Students
must leave the dormitory on weekends by 5:00 PM
Friday and when school is closed. Students may
start arriving in the dorm after 6:00 PM. on the
day before school starts. Students must return
to their rooms by 10:30 PM, and lights will be
turned off at 11:30 PM. With parental consent
students may choose to come back on the morning
school starts. Please notify the dormitory supervisor
if you will arrive in the morning. |

: What if my child is sick or needs to go off
of campus? |
| Our
school nurse is on campus from 8:00 AM to 4:00
PM. the school nurse can accompany a student to
see a doctor if necessary during those hours.
Parents are responsible for leaving updated nighttime
contact phone numbers with the dormitory supervisor.
The dormitory supervisor will transport the student
to a local hospital in case of an emergency after
school hours. For any student to leave campus,
parent(s) must provide written permission with
the specific date and time, and a signature. |

Students
will be in dorm from Sunday night to Friday afternoon.
