1.Continue to monitor enrollment trends to manage
change in staffing and programs.
2.Continue the development and alignment of
curriculum with ESLRs and benchmarks, including common
assessments.
3. Continue to support "all" English
Language Learners through diverse instructional strategies
and assessments.
4. Continue to develop extra and co-curricular
programs (ASA, Field Trips) and support services
(College Counseling).
5. Research and evaluate implementation of Fine & Performing
Arts (FAPA) integration concept to support “whole
person” development. |
| Personnel |
1.Incorporate goals of the 2004-2008 plan, Self
Study Plan, and Visiting Team recommendations which
include realistic follow-up procedures as a part
of administrative responsibility.
2.Develop incentives for staff and faculty retention. |
| Resources & Technology |
1. Assess and manage the need for new resources
for instructional purposes: (a) software and hardware
/ integrate tech and tech support, (b) science lab,
(c) library holdings, (d) mini computer lab, and
(e) indoor PE facility.
2. Continue to improve the efficiency and
effectiveness of the network and website administration
to enhance communication and support instruction
