weeks for this third
quarter of the
academic calendar,
please take note of
the procedures to
follow for
appointments for
teachers on Friday,
April 9. This
information is being
provided at this
time since there is
a Spring Break from
March 25 until
classes start again
on April 6.
Also, please note
that report cards
will be sent home
with students on
Wednesday, April 7.
There will be two
copies; one for you
to keep and one for
your child to bring
back the next day,
April 8, to the
school registrar,
Amy.
Earthquake / Fire
Evacuation Drill
The Faculty, Staff
and I have discussed
and decided on new
procedures following
a presentation by
Ms. Riley, Ms. Hsu,
and Ms. Danzinger.
We will have our
first evacuation
drill before the
Spring Break.
Standardized Testing
/ External Exams
We prepare and
organize schedules
for three types of
external exams at
AST; P/SAT,
Stanford, and AP.

The Stanford
tests involving
grades 3-9 will
be administered
between April 26
and April 29.
-
AP practice
exams will be
administered
between April 23
and April 30.
-
Actual AP tests
will be
administered
between May 5
and May 13.
-
PSAT are
administered in
October and Math
and English
teachers do
classroom preps
prior to the
test.

Junior / Senior
Seminar class
includes some
SAT prep.
Stanford test
questions should be
directed to Ms. O’
Sullivan at
extension 24.
AP and P/SAT test
questions should be
directed to
particular teachers
or Mr. Stein at
extension 16.

學校將為學生舉辦三種外部測驗:
PSAT, Stanford,
AP,
此三種考試測驗卷都需特別向國外機構採購。

Stanford考試,
考試預計在4/26-4/29間舉行

AP模擬考試預計在4/23-4/30間舉行。

正式
AP考試將在5/5-5/13期間舉行。

PSAT預計在十月份舉行,
G10和G11數學和英文老師也會在課堂上幫助學生預先熟悉題型。
