Middle
School STUGO allows students the chance to bring
changes and improvements to middle school environment
through the democratic process. With the schools
Essential Schoolwide Learning Results (ESLR’s)
in mind, the Middle School STUGO brings forward
ideas for activities to assist life long learners,
critical thinkers, effective communicators,
cooperative individuals, productive persons,
global citizens, and responsible individuals.
Middle
School STUGO meets every Tuesday at lunch to
address the problems and concerns of the students
and to design activities that will improve life
on the AST campus. It represents grades 6, 7,
and 8. Elections for President, Vice President,
Treasurer, Secretary, and representatives for
each grader are held at the beginning of each
year.
